Office lighting is not one family of fittings. Automatic levels can cut energy. Colour temperature and level affect focus. It is not ranked as “very advantageous” — a wrong setting turns the saving into eye strain.
Why Lighting Matters in an Office
Lighting sets visual comfort so space and objects can be seen. Smart lighting systems can be chosen for a sufficient level. Light matters for body and attention; that is not inflated as “research shows”. Focus shortens with glare and shadow.
