  • Contact Information: E-mail addresses, phone numbers.
  • Career Information (For Candidates): Resume (CV), portfolio files, education details, internship preferences, and application history.

c. Digital Footprints

  • IP Address, browser type, device information, cookie records, and application portal (Talent HUB) access logs.

2. How We Use Your Information? (Purposes of Use)

The personal and corporate data we collect serve the following primary purposes:

  • Service Delivery: Fulfillment of architectural projects, design, consultancy, and implementation services.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Evaluation of internship and job applications, creation of candidate pool, and execution of interview processes.

a. Server and Data Hosting (OVHcloud)

The server infrastructure of our website and Talent HUB portal is hosted in Germany (Frankfurt) data centers within OVHcloud SAS., which is fully compliant with European Union data protection laws (GDPR). Your uploaded files (CV, Portfolio, etc.) are safely stored in the OVHcloud infrastructure.

b. Security and CDN Services (Cloudflare)

Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure is used to ensure the security of our website, prevent malware, and protect against DDoS attacks. Our site traffic is processed through Cloudflare's secure global network using End-to-End Encryption.

c. Data Security Commitment

Since Germany is subject to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards, your data is protected within the framework of international law rules. By using our services, you are deemed to have accepted the processing of your data on these providers due to technical necessities and security requirements.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to third-party ad networks for marketing purposes without your consent. Your data may only be shared in the following cases:
