Mobilization & HSE
First step on the field. Establishing the construction site, taking protection measures, and activating Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) protocols occur at this stage. Most importantly; communication is established with building management and neighbors to professionally coordinate sensitive issues such as noise and working hours.
Coordination & Procurement
An orchestration process. We ensure that different disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, drywall, and painting work without conflicting with each other. Timely procurement of materials is critical for the workflow not to be interrupted. This is where we turn chaos into order.
Application & QC
The process where the project (Stage 2) is applied to the field exactly. Every production is carried out under laser levels, technical specifications, and architectural supervision. We do not accept "workmanship errors"; we inspect and report the compliance of the work with the project instantly.
Tests & Delivery
Final touches. Detailed post-construction cleaning is done, all systems (electrical, water, mechanical) are tested and commissioned. We hand over the keys to a flawless, ready-to-live space.
