Every detail planned millimetrically in design and technical drawings (Stages 1 & 2) comes to life in our workshop. We manage the process from the first cut plate to the final assembled door. This is where wood, technology, and functionality turn into art.
Material & Color Coordination
The final turn before production. All materials, from the tone of lacquer paint to the grain structure of the veneer, are selected with samples. Special surface patterns to be processed with CNC are determined. The tactile equivalent of the design on paper is clarified in the real world.
Workshop & Production
Time for precision. Approved drawings are cut and processed with zero error on CNC machines. Raw plates are sanded, painted, and shaped by master hands. Not only the appearance but also the structural integrity of the product is guaranteed at this stage.
Smart Accessories & Light
Comfort is hidden in the details. Corner mechanisms and drawer organizers in kitchens; special trouser racks and lift hangers in wardrobes are integrated. Technological spirit is added to the furniture with sensor LED lightings that activate when the door is opened.
Assembly & Final Adjustments
The grand reunion. Modules produced in the workshop are meticulously assembled on site. Door adjustments, smoothness of rails, and perfection of surfaces are checked. Furniture ceases to be just an object and becomes an inseparable part of the space (Fixed Furniture).
