Brought to life by Kösen Holding within the Kösen Vills Botanik complex, this exclusive project we designed as Umut GÜRLER İç Mimarlık | Ankara İç Mimarlık truly stands out in the realm of Ballıkpınar villa decoration. Spanning a vast 78-decare land with 60 decares dedicated to green spaces, each residence boasts a private 1000-square-meter plot. The privacy distances between homes were meticulously calculated, while walking trails, social facilities, indoor pools, botanical parks, parking, and play areas were flawlessly integrated.

Kosen Vills, Ballıkpınar, Gölbaşı, Ankara, Residential — Guided by a timeless vision, we merged the warmth of wood with a lofty foyer. With the living area and kitchen on the right, and a study alongside two bedrooms on the left, the hall offers direct backyard access behind the stairs. Through our premium villa design approach, we intended the 7-meter-high entryway to create a welcoming atmosphere flooded with natural light.

In our island kitchen concepts, we intentionally designed a double sink system—one on the main counter and another on the island. Thanks to the carefully crafted borders on our floor coverings, the functional zones in the kitchen are now clearly defined.
