At Elit Koru Park Villas located in the Alacaatlı region, we completely curated the structure, which we took over in a shell-and-core state, through turn-key villa projects encompassing architectural design, construction execution, and bespoke furniture manufacturing. In this exclusive project, we embraced a maximalist design philosophy, imbuing the volumes with a distinct identity through rich layers, qualified material selections featuring strong textures, and striking details. Particularly in the common living areas where circulation is high, we blended emerald green and shimmering gold tones in flawless harmony, bringing both a refined and dynamic breath to the space. This assertive color palette we preferred, along with pendant lighting elements supported by concealed light bands, elevates the perception of luxury to its peak while offering users an exceptionally inviting and warm acoustic ambiance.
