The massing was talked about quickly on a promise of modern, distinct architecture. How, then, are office prices at YDA Center — named among Ankara office projects — actually read? The complex has three parts: an urban plaza, a high office volume and a park. An urban void ties them; covered parking sits to the south, with landscape and dining above.
