Where is YDA Center?

“This prestigious project, meant to win admiration, is rising in the centre of Ankara, not far away.” YDA Center’s own copy opens on that line; international award lists sit in the same text. The claim that a building becomes a source of pride when it is modern and distinct helped the massing get talked about quickly. So where is YDA Center among Ankara office projects? If the location is Söğütözü, who sets the work area and desk layout inside — we look at address and criteria, not at a ranking.

What kind of project is YDA Center?

The YDA Center complex has three main parts: an urban plaza, a high office volume and a park. An urban void ties them; covered parking sits to the south, with landscape and dining above.

The building is on Eskişehir Road, near the links to Konya Road, Anadolu Boulevard and Sakıp Sabancı Boulevard. It sits above the Metro and Ankaray Söğütözü station. Walking distance to ministries, the chamber of commerce, hotels and shopping centres is often named. It is offered as a business-and-living centre with a direct metro link. The first step into a YDA Center office is to stand at that crossing of addresses; what holds the interior is desk layout.

Inside an office in Söğütözü

If you bought an office in this project, the next job is to carry the building’s language into the work area. An office is not a cost line; it is where the brand stands. Prestige is read in desk layout more than in a sentence. As Umut GÜRLER Interior Architecture - Ankara Interior Architecture we use the same order from survey to turnkey in Söğütözü offices. If the location is Söğütözü, that sequence is enough for the interior.
