Where is Moment Beştepe?
Moment Yapı added Moment Beştepe Office to Ankara’s office stock with a brief that tries to bring house-like comfort to work. The project is often described by its neighbours: the Presidential Complex, ministries and official–commercial buildings. Among Ankara office projects it is frequently named, and it was marketed around shared rooms for people rather than only for desks. So where is Moment Beştepe, exactly? How do interior teams in Çukurambar read the building?
What kind of project is it?
The office comprises 330 office units and 22 commercial units in two 15-storey blocks. Unit sizes run roughly from 83 to 198 square metres; shared social rooms sit at the centre of the marketing.
The developer’s programme names a rest room, a yoga room and cafés on Mola Street. Workshop, seminar and meeting rooms are also gathered under the same roof. Shared work and social rooms are sold as a way to take tea, coffee and a connection without leaving the building during a meeting. The view is a gain that depends on the plot; it is more honest to say that façade and floor decide the outlook than to call it impossible to lose.

Where do I get interior architecture for the project?
If the office is meant to be the face of the brand, a bare unit is not finished by lining up furniture; how the rooms sit, light and acoustics have to be set together. As Umut Gürler Interior Architecture — Ankara Interior Architecture we plan Moment Beştepe units around the work you actually do. An office is a visible investment, not only a line on the rent sheet; a well-made room carries more than a brochure sentence. If you are looking for original work among interior teams in Çukurambar, call us. The note on how Moment Beştepe offices can be designed continues from here.
Where is Moment Beştepe?
The project sits in Beştepe, Ankara, close to the Presidential Complex.
Its transport claim is that it offers alternatives to the city’s traffic load. Distances published by the developer put it about 500 metres from Konya Road and İstanbul Road, 7.4 km from Kızılay, 7.5 km from Tunalı, 17 km from the ring road, 2 km from Eskişehir Road, 500 metres from the bus terminal and 30 km from Esenboğa Airport. A bus stop is given as 200 metres away; Bahçeli and Söğütözü metro stations as about 500 metres. Those figures belong to the brochure — check the map and current lines yourself.
