What Institutions Gain from the Open Staff Floor
An open staff bench does not give the same advantage in every sector. In healthcare the real job is a short, accurate sentence between patient, relative and staff. If records and appointments sit side by side, answers come faster; that is not the only reason for satisfaction. More talk between staff can shorten the time to a solution.
