We transformed a building originally planned as a nursery on Beyler Caddesi into the headquarters of a construction company through a comprehensive conversion process. In this project, we meticulously managed all architectural blueprints, legal permits, and licensing procedures to bring the structure into full compliance with current regulations. During the interior layout planning, we focused on ergonomic solutions that prioritize the comfort of our employees and guests while creating optimal circulation areas. We ensured sound insulation by using acoustic panels on wall surfaces, and we preferred linear light bands on ceilings to provide a homogeneous lighting profile. This process, reflecting the corporate identity, was brought to life with a professional construction company office design approach, thereby blending aesthetics and functionality in a flawless balance.
