How Should Moment Beştepe Office Designs Be?

Moment Yapı applied its home-like workplace line to the office floors at Moment Beştepe. Sitting next to the Presidential Complex and ministries, the project carries investment weight among Ankara office projects. So whom do you hire for Moment Beştepe interior-architecture work, and how should the office on that floor be set?

Let the Office Fit You

Do not stop at "we already have an office at a well-known address." Interior design and fit-out look simple; they are not. An office is where the team has to stay in time, like an orchestra. One instrument placed wrong on stage ruins the acoustics. A badly planned floor wastes labour or time. Write the function diagram first. Let the office adapt to you. The technical base should be run with growth in mind.

Do Not Leave Cooling to Chance

Whatever the weather, the office needs a steady comfort band. Moment Beştepe treats this as a building rule: a Daikin central / VRF system is required on every office floor. Summer heat and winter cold stay outside the unit. There is still no single temperature that keeps everyone happy. David Shipworth notes that the "right" degree depends on what you measure. Typical offices often sit near 22°C; that is a start. Ventilation belongs on the same plan.

Lighting and Daylight

Offices at Moment Beştepe get a lot of daylight. If monitors are not placed for that, the advantage becomes glare. The seating plan should keep sun off the screens. Artificial light from the sides, not straight down onto the desk, cuts the same bounce. Room layout is the lighting decision here.

Keep the Design in One Hand

Office design is demanding work. Doing the decoration alone usually leaves a gap. As Umut GÜRLER Interior Architecture - Ankara Interior Architecture, we keep function, the central plant and lighting on one programme at a Moment Beştepe floor. For Moment Beştepe interior-architecture work among Ankara office projects, a talk about scope is enough.
