How Should Mahall Ankara Office Designs Be?
Mahall Ankara Office sits on Eskişehir Road, where work and living programmes share one development: a 40,628 m² plot and about 283,700 m² built. This is not a brochure. It is the order of work so the unit fits you.
Let the office fit you
Holding a unit in a known project does not finish the plan. An office is where the team has to work in one rhythm; seat the orchestra badly and the sound falls apart. If the function chart — who sits near whom, where files live, where guests wait — is not clear in the first week, moving walls later is expensive. Services must also allow growth, or a second fit-out is likely.

Climate and fresh air
On a glass-fronted Mahall unit, comfort is larger than “we fitted air conditioning.” If capacity does not match floor area and room count, one corner chills and another stuffs. No single temperature keeps everyone glad. As David Shipworth, who has worked on energy in London, has noted, the “right” degree depends on what you measure. Typical offices often aim near 22°C; without shading, fresh air and zoning, the number is not enough.
Lighting in a Mahall unit
There may be plenty of daylight; if it hits the screen, output falls. Set the seating so sun does not glance off monitors. Feed artificial light from the side and the ceiling, not straight down onto the desk. On a glass façade those two rules often matter before the curtain choice.
Set the plan once
If function, climate and light do not share one file, the office is taken apart twice. Umut Gürler Interior Architecture — Ankara Interior Architecture keeps survey, drawings and fit-out together on Mahall units. For the order of advice see interior-designer notes for Mahall.
