How Should Executive Room Designs Be in Construction Company Offices?
An executive room is not the same room in every sector. In a construction firm the manager’s room is where a client first sees the work; it needs a different display from a law or IT room. Interior-architecture work is to write that difference at survey.
The room of the first meeting should show both a corporate stance and the work itself. Colour, furniture and what sits on the wall — a model, a drawing, a photograph — belong in the same sentence. Support is putting that detail on the plan; it is not a promise of a “magnificent” room.
The Executive Room in a Construction Office
The surface that comes forward in this room is the firm’s own work. A client or a senior guest reads scale and language at the first look. A drawing on the wall, a model on the desk or a shelved case is not an accessory; it is the sector itself. The choice is made without dropping the formality of the room.
Furniture should be comfortable and ergonomic; it should still not read as a domestic suite. Place sets the first eye-line from the door. If the desk turns its back to the door or sits in a blind corner, the room reads weak and the walking line breaks.
Colour must not choke the room or drop the seriousness of the work. A highly saturated wall eats the drawing and the model.

The Order of Work
In a construction office the executive room runs as survey, room layout and then construction. A team that knows the field keeps the drawing display and the desk on the same plan. There is no price in this article and no promise of “no extra cost”. Scope is written at survey from the size of the room and the work that will be shown.
As Umut GÜRLER Interior Architecture - Ankara Interior Architecture we set a construction-firm manager’s room from project surfaces and walking lines.
