When people say office in business, the first word is often prestige. Firms look at the spend through that lens. Some take several plaza floors; others enter detached office projects for their own company building. Some growing firms move from plazas to detached offices and roll up their sleeves for their own office building design. Does that prove a detached office is more prestigious than a plaza floor?
