Ergonomics and Efficiency: The Role and Selection Principles of Meeting Room Furniture

Ergonomics and output are read together in a meeting room. If furniture does not carry the back and the wrist, a long sit falls apart. When a work setting is written, comfort is not foam thickness; it is seat height, knee space under the table and armrest width. The right top and chair make the day possible. They are not ranked as “they raise output”.

Furniture changes the air of the room. Its role is not everyone being comfortable at once; it is a seat that carries three hours and a table that does not shake. The selection principle, before a catalogue sentence, is room scale and headcount.

Scale and Hours in the Choice

Meeting-room furniture is written to the user. Comfort and hours of use come first; form after. Because the room is used often and for a long time, the sit is not soft like a home sofa. Lumbar support and casters carry sliding and standing up.
