Ankara's Remarkable Office Project: NEV 201
NEV 201 is an office and retail mass on Konya Road (Mevlana Boulevard / Balgat). Project copy uses the line “the capital’s prestigious project”; this article does not treat that as a ranking. It reads the scheme through location, unit size and room layout — the questions that come up among Ankara office projects.
Built by Kalyon İnşaat with Asfuroğlu Group (ASF), the scheme has 35 retail units and 239 unfinished offices. Units run from 94 to 207 m²; neighbouring offices can be joined. The plot is given as 18,631 m² and construction area as 122,545 m². The mass is two horizontal blocks plus one 34-storey vertical block. Project notices say Turkuvaz Medya took one of the horizontal blocks.
The junction of Mevlana and Malazgirt boulevards is the access story. Floor halls take daylight through large windows; balcony offices bring a break and air into the unit. Inner gardens tie the workday to open space. Parking for 1,274 cars eases arrival. Those figures are not a sale list; when the official notice changes, this text will not track it.
Zekeriya Yelci of Kalyon İnşaat described offices that fit more than one work model, plus balcony units, and named Emre Arolat on the horizontal plan. That is the project’s own wording. What makes an office work is not the slogan; it is the function diagram and room layout written on an unfinished handover.

The Interior Sequence in a NEV 201 Office
