Ankara's Remarkable Office Project: Maidan Ankara

Maidan Ankara is an office and retail complex on a plot of about 40,628 m², with a published construction area around 120,000 m². Work units and everyday use of the square sit in the same ground language. This article looks at unit sizes, location and the design decision in a scheme often asked about among Ankara office projects.

How the Maidan Ankara Office Scheme Works

Units can be used alone or joined as working patterns change. The range from 68 m² to 1,800 m² keeps a small team and a large floor in the same elevation language. A room that works on its own can become a meeting or open-plan volume when the neighbour is added. The decision is not only to grow the square metres; it is to write the room layout to the work.

Location and Shared Amenities

The project holds office and retail around a public space. It sits on Ankara’s western axis, close to the Bilkent junction. Shared halls and a dining room take meetings and meals out of the unit, so you do not have to grow a kitchen and suite in every office. Brand venues on the square bring visitor traffic. Those amenities also affect which room can stay quiet on the interior plan.

Design Support at Maidan Ankara

An office is an investment that holds the brand line in a room; it is not empty floor area. As Umut GÜRLER Interior Architecture - Ankara Interior Architecture we run the work as brief, room layout and turnkey delivery. The open question is rarely style; it is whether the unit stays single or is joined, and which shared amenity already covers a job. Official information is on the Maidan Ankara site. For the address see where Maidan Ankara is; office work is on the office design page.
