Ankara's Remarkable Office Project: Mahall Ankara

Mahall Ankara is a mixed-use project on Eskişehir Road, where workplaces sit with living and retail uses. It occupies a plot of about 40,628 m² with a built area around 283,700 m². This piece looks at the office stock, shared floors and the location — a design frame, not a sales pitch.

A closer look at the office floors

The mixed programme lists 315 offices, 191 home-offices and 64 shops. Mahall Ankara offices sit in the same building as an open-air market and busy ground-level uses. Daylight on the work floors, shared floor gardens, fresh-air plant, security and a modern services backbone are the features most often cited. The unit itself is still divided around your work; the façade and commons are given, the plan is yours.

Location on the Eskişehir Road axis

The project sits on Eskişehir Road, on the same corridor as universities, public offices and hospitals. The Kızılay–Çayyolu metro is about 200 metres away. “Close to everything” is marketing language; what you can measure is this axis and that metro distance. Who plans the interior at Mahall Ankara?

A finished façade and shared floors do not mean the unit will fit your work. If density, meeting rooms, storage and reception are not set from the start, you patch later. As Umut Gürler Interior Architecture — Ankara Interior Architecture we take Mahall units from survey to fit-out. If the plan is still open, call us.
