In this exclusive residential project we have curated, we clearly demonstrate how the exact same bathroom design concept acquires a unique character across different color palettes. By carrying the signature details that we embraced throughout the general design into these wet areas as well, we have established a flawless architectural language coherence within the scope of complete home decoration.

We designed the island kitchen, positioned in the center of the space, at different levels and with a rich variety of materials to function both as a dining area and a prep counter. While choosing black for the storage units on the left wall and applying white tones to the other modules, we established a flawless color balance in the volume. Furthermore, with the wooden details we integrated into specific points, we added an inviting and warm atmosphere to our design. Throughout our project, while strengthening our architectural lines with carefully selected pendant lighting and concealed light bands, we continue to add value to residential projects with our interior architect vision.

While designing the space, we achieved a homogeneous lumen distribution by combining track spotlight elements integrated into the perimeter lines of the suspended ceiling with an elegant pendant light in the center, thus capturing the spacious atmosphere we frequently adopt in our sample apartment design projects. We enhanced the perception of depth through a mirrored surface panel and an integrated television unit positioned opposite the seating group, while at the very focal point across, we designed an aesthetic niche that offers both functional storage solutions and a display area for your objects.

Comprehensive Standards in Apartment Remodeling for 2027

The practice of apartment remodeling requires an exacting methodology that aligns spatial reconfiguration with institutional design principles. In 2027, residential interiors necessitate advanced planning to integrate contemporary infrastructure without compromising building integrity. Umut GÜRLER İç Mimarlık addresses these requirements through an interior architecture discipline, coordinating space planning, technical layouts, and surface interventions under formal project governance.

The Interior Architecture Discipline

Executing an apartment overhaul demands rigorous oversight across all project phases. The internal technical team evaluates existing boundary walls, vertical utility shafts, and circulation zones to formulate balanced floor plans. By prioritizing technical feasibility and spatial continuity, our interior architecture approach ensures that every partition modification, material application, and infrastructure upgrade performs reliably over long life cycles.

Detailed documentation forms the basis of all interventions, mitigating unforeseen structural conflicts during execution. Bespoke cabinetry, integrated paneling, and tailored storage solutions are manufactured directly in the firm's own wood workshop. This internal production capability ensures that all millwork aligns precisely with the spatial tolerances defined during the design phase. Through systematic technical supervision and reserved design restraint, private residences achieve sustained functional value.
